Ben Tompkins Named to POWER List for Tax Attorneys by Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Kennyhertz Perry, LLC is pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Weekly recently named Ben Tompkins to its 2021 “POWER LIST” for tax law.  After interviewing attorneys around Missouri and consulting Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s archives, the publication’s editorial team included Ben on its list of “the 26 most powerful tax attorneys in Missouri.”   Missouri Lawyers Weekly stated that “[t]he attorneys recognized by this award help individuals and businesses minimize their bills and structure their deals in the most advantageous way. They defend clients against accusations of paying too little or criminally defrauding the government. They argue before administrative panels and courts on the best interpretation of tax laws.”

Ben works closely with individuals and companies, providing guidance and counsel in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, as well as providing counsel to exempt organizations and individuals concerning formation, operation, and other entity governance issues. Ben draws on his comprehensive experience leading criminal and civil tax prosecutions and investigations for the Department of Justice Tax Division and U.S. Attorney’s Office to provide clients with valuable insights and practical strategies to effectively navigate and resolve their civil and criminal tax issues.
