Braden Perry Awarded the DCRO Institute Certificate in Risk Governance

Kennyhertz Perry partner, Braden Perry, was awarded the DCRO Institute Certificate in Risk Governance this April. This certificate is awarded to those who have completed an intensive 17-course education and evaluation program on board members’ risk. The curriculum is taught by some of the world’s leading risk governance figures, featuring lessons by nearly 50 board members, c-level executives, and well-known authors. The program supports directors in their fulfillment of the fundamental Duty of Care, ensuring that the risks taken by organizations are aligned with their goals and ambitions.
