Sarah Rowe has over 10 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate. Starting out as a legal secretary, she has been involved in all aspects of commercial transactions, including, but not limited to: mortgage loans from both lender and borrower sides, acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing from both landlord and tenant sides.

Additionally, Sarah has experience with Regulated Industries in Kansas City, Missouri and the liquor license process with the State of Missouri. She also has experience with Historic & Low Income Tax credit applications and HUD Contracts.
In addition to her extensive real estate experience, Sarah also handles corporate law functions including drafting operating agreements, partnership agreements and corporate by-laws, formation documents, and reporting requirements.
Sarah graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, attending law school while working full time. She was a member of the Transactional Layering Skills Board and served as a journal member on the UMKC Law Review, the Urban Lawyer and the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
