Stacey takes a consultative approach to her practice and makes a point of investing time in her clients, ensuring she has complete knowledge of their unique circumstances, their immediate concerns, and long-term goals. Stacey dedicated 11 years to Kansas Legal Services, where she founded the Kansas Elder Law Hotline which continues to provide service to the elder and their families to this day.   In these roles, Stacey assisted senior citizens with a full range of legal matters, including Medicare, Medicaid, patient’s rights, estate planning, and probate services. This direct hands-on experience has since proven invaluable to Stacey and her clients. Stacey has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer and Best of the Bar.  She has served as the Chair of the Johnson County Probate Committee for ten years.  Stacey currently serves on the KCMBA Board of Directors as Membership Chair and as the Probate Committee Chair.
