Jeff Donoho

Jeff Donoho provides corporate, M&A, securities, business and transactional expertise to his clients. Jeff is particularly passionate about growing with his clients from whatever stage he first encounters them up through and including when his clients reach their ultimate goal (whether as an exit, sustained business success, or otherwise). Jeff has extensive experience with company financings and company acquisitions, and works to provide creative solutions to meet the unique needs and wants of each different client in each different company financing or company acquisition.

Jeff is regarded for having a broad knowledge of legal principles which enables him to analyze and approach the entire landscape of legal issues in a transaction or other matter. Jeff began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for two different trial judges. As a judicial law clerk, Jeff was exposed to all types of legal disputes and issues, ranging from minor property line disputes to major commercial and class action lawsuits. Following his clerkship, Jeff worked for another local law firm handling medical malpractice, legal malpractice, commercial litigation, and insurance-related matters.
