Kelly Garrity Bieri

Kelly serves as Kennyhertz Perry’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s administrative functions and professional staff, ensuring smooth day-to day-operation, as well as coordinating the firm’s complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Kennyhertz Perry, Kelly was a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, where she practiced law for 15 years primarily in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device product liability, general tort, and reinsurance and insurance coverage litigation. Kelly brings her many years of experience and law firm knowledge to constantly improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the firm.
