J. Tanner Murphy

Tanner Murphy is a dedicated civil litigator who enjoys solving his clients’ legal problems. Tanner represents corporate and individual clients in numerous fields, including contracts, employment, personal injury, and natural gas. He prides himself on being an out-of-the box thinker who finds paths to the best solutions to his clients’ issues.

Prior to joining Kennyhertz Perry, Tanner practiced at a civil defense firm with a national presence, where his practice focused on natural gas explosions, employment discrimination, personal injury and premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Tanner also has experience in commercial construction, products liability, negligent security, and landlord-tenant disputes.
