Katy is a passionate and driven civil litigator who brings experience advocating for clients across a variety of practice areas, from contract disputes to personal injury cases. Katy has extensive knowledge of civil law and procedure and understands the full range of legal remedies available to litigants. She is a passionate advocate for her clients, working diligently to obtain the best possible outcome for each case.
Prior to joining Kennyhertz Perry, Katy worked at a national law firm where her practice focused primarily on insurance disputes involving coverage and extra-contractual liability issues. Katy also has experience handling complex construction, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, product liability, consumer protection, real estate, and various insurance-related lawsuits, as well as defending professional licensees in investigations conducted by state licensing boards.
